Order Process

MoneyTree Hydroponics order process

With MoneyTree Hydroponics, it’s quick and easy to get to the hydroponic supplies you need, whether you order online or buy in person at our Hampshire shop.


Buying hydroponic supplies online

The easiest way to get your hydroponic supplies quickly and easily if you’re not in the Hampshire area is to buy them online. Simply select the items you require, and add them into your online basket.

If any item in your order is not be available, we will advise you at time of ordering. If you have made a mistake, you can delete any items from your shopping basket, or increase the number of items you require.

Once you have all the items you require in your basket, you can pay securely by credit card or debit card. Our online payment process is secure and your data is transmitted using the highest encryption rate possible for e-commerce solutions. In addition, we do not share your e-mail or other personal information with any other company; your details are safe with us.


What you will see during ordering:

PENDING: Is what you will see as soon as your order is placed. If your order still shows as pending, it means we have not received payment and we will not process an order until payment has been made.

CONFIRMED: We update your order to confirmed, once we receive your PayPal payment, or your check/money order. Once payment is received, we go ahead and ready your package

SHIPPED: When your order is shipped out, we will update your order as SHIPPED that same day. Once we have received your confirmation email or payment from PayPal your order change from Pending to Confirmed.

Please be aware that all PENDING ORDERS are deleted after 2 weeks period if payment has not been received. If you have not received your package and still see Pending on your order, you can check PayPal to confirm if a payment has been made or not.


Delivery of your Hydroponics Supplies

Once your online order is received at MoneyTree Hydroponics, we process it as fast as possible. Most orders made online are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days and we aim to deliver within 48 hours of dispatch.

However, since we use UK courier companies for delivery rather than our own vans, we cannot 100% guarantee that orders will arrive within 48 hours. As you may appreciate from last winter’s snows, for example, sometimes delivery times are out of our control due to adverse weather, etc.

If you are desperate for some supplies, please do ring us and we may be able to arrange an express delivery service. You’re always welcome to come and pick up your supplies in person from our hydroponic shop near Waterlooville in Hampshire.


Buying hydroponic equipment by telephone

If you prefer to speak to a real human being, feel free to call us on 023 9225 0966and order any item you see on our online store. Again, you can pay by credit card, debit card, or you can send us a cheque in the post. Please note that orders will not be dispatched until your cheque is received and cleared.
